Download and extract: Flash player 10.3.rar


install that apk
Through root explorer, go to /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer and delete folder "lib"
Extract  file lib.zip and copy  folder "lib" to data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer
Set permissions to "rwsrwsrwt" (tick all) for = 
- fourth file in the folder "lib" - Folder "lib" - Folder com.adobe.flashplayer    5. reboot gio
